PITTSBURGH, June 18, 2014—Joined by high-energy musical artists and supported by volunteers from local churches, Franklin Graham is bringing the Three Rivers Festival of Hope to the CONSOL Energy Center August 15-17.
“Everyone is welcome,” said Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the international Christian relief organization Samaritan’s Purse. “Our hope is that anyone who is struggling with questions about life or would like a new beginning will join us for the Three Rivers Festival of Hope.”
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is bringing the Three Rivers Festival of Hope to Pittsburgh at the invitation of local church leaders.
The free weekend event includes a wide range of Christian music combined with a message of hope and encouragement. The music artists participating in the festival include:
Friday, Aug. 15
Kari Jobe, The City Harmonic, Tenth Avenue North
Saturday, Aug. 16
LeCrae, Lacey Sturm
Sunday, Aug. 17
Michael W. Smith, Charlie Daniels Band
All Three Rivers Festival of Hope programs will be open to the public and free of charge. The events Friday and Saturday begin at 7 p.m., doors open at 5:30 p.m. The event on Sunday begins at 4 p.m., doors open at 2:30 p.m.
Since 1989, Franklin Graham has held an average of seven festivals each year as an evangelist for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

All Three Rivers Festival of Hope programs will be open to the public and free of charge. Seating is General Admission and first come first serve.
